Liversedge Summer Fair

ANNOUNCEMENT: After lots of deliberation we've decided to have a year off organising Liversedge Summer Fair. This is due to recently welcoming our second child into the world. I feel I just couldn't dedicate enough time to make the fair the great day out it should be.

We'll be back in 2025 even bigger and better! Watch this space.

VISITOR CHECKLIST ✔️

If you're planning to visit on Saturday here's a few things to remember:

✔️Most traders will accept card payments but remember some cash for the tombola and any other cash only stalls/activities
✔️Please take all your rubbish home with you
✔️Please park with consideration to local residents. The gates to the field will be open, but please do not drive onto the field
✔️Please don't bring alcohol onto site. There will be no alcohol on sale for consumption

The fair is on a field and therefore there will be uneven areas. Please take care when walking across the pitch. No responsibility will be taken for trips and falls. The site is accessible for wheelchair users and prams but again please do take care.

A toilet will be available on site.

Top tip: bring a cool bag/box to keep any food purchases cool!

The forecast is sunny with potential light showers - fingers crossed!

So, what activities have we got on, on Saturday I hear you ask?

Well, we have a bouncy castle, coconut shy, boat swings, hook-a-bag, glitter tattoos and hair braids and Endorphins Group will have activities and talking about their sessions.

We've also got West Yorkshire Police - Batley and Spen who will have some uniforms for any mini police officers of the future to try and Black Paw Martial Arts will have demonstrations.

Purple Frog Parties will have balloons and there will be a very special princess visit and crown crafts too!

Last, but certainly not least - Angel Falconry will have some of their beautiful birds of prey.

There'll also be a tombola to raise money for Westend Park Under 12s
