These Terms and Conditions explain the rights you as a customer are entitled to. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these in any w
ay. The terms and conditions apply to all purchases from IvyBell Designs. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and feel free to print a copy for future reference should you wish to.They are in compliance with the distance selling rules and regulations 2014. All photos, descriptions and measurements have been done to the best of my ability and are as accurate as possible. Colours may differ slightly as different monitor settings will give different views.
REFUNDS
For Hygiene purposes, unfortunately I cannot refund on earrings unless they are faulty. All of my items can be cancelled up to 7 days after receiving them. If you wish to cancel an order you will need to inform me in writing. I will need to receive the item back in the condition it was sent to you before I can issue a refund. Your refund will include the cost of the item and the cost of postage to yourself. The cost of posting the unwanted item back to me is to be paid by you the customer. Refunds do not apply for bespoke items unless there is a fault.

Payment methods
I accept PayPal as a method of payment. If you need to pay via an alternative method please contact me. If you are having a bespoke order made, I will need payment before any work is started.
Delivery
All items will be sent via a royal mail signed for service.
