The March Cheese School dates have been added to the website (because January and February are selling fast as Christmas gifts)! March Cheese school features 10 amazing Irish Cheeses and accompaniments, Irish whiskey and a glass of the black stuff (we think our hosts keep one of the best in town). There is so much great Irish cheese around we can't wait to share it. 🍀

VERY EXITING NEWS! - we are pleased to announce that after months of setbacks and government restrictions, we have dates for the first few Cheese School sessions of 2021 and even more exciting a new, covid safe venue in one of the BEST venues in Liverpool, Liverpool Everyman ❤️
Ahhh “to Brie or not to Brie”; get ready for some theatrical moments, loads of cheese, great wine etc and lots of (socially distanced) good company.

For some time now our Cheese School home has been at the Royal Institution on Colquit street, it has been a really popular venue and we have loved hosting our Cheese School sessions there, not least because of the wonderful team of staff there. To use a cliche, sadly, all good things must come to an end and the Royal Institution building is now under new ownership. To use another cliche, however, every cloud has a silver lining and we are pleased to announce that Cheese School has a new home at Queens Bistro on Queen Avenue just off Castle street. If you don't know Queens Liverpool it is next door to and owned by our wine merchants R&H fine wines so it is a match! Plus we won't have to carry the wine too far for sessions! We have notified everyone who has booked places on this year's sessions and are now looking forward to our first session there on 21st April when we will be featuring spring cheeses and wines from R&H. 😁
