Due to reasons out of my control some parcels are not getting updated with tracking information regularly as it should be.

This is nor me or my suppliers fault this is due to postage delays & current circumstances changing.

I am trying my best I won't be able to offer refunds unless I have been updated that packages have been detained.

The packages being destained I have contacted customers and my supplier has resent the items but won't guarantee for Christmas.

I am so sorry for customers expecting their orders for Christmas I am deeply sorry for this.
