Father's Day falls on Sunday, 21st June 2026, and our range of balloons are available to order now.

We have our 18-inch balloons that can either be helium filled as a standard alone foil or made into a set with our 12 inch latex or alternatively can be made into mini towers.

We also have a larger range of shapes that can also be helium filled or made into towers.

Following on from a post I shared earlier this week this is the main reason we won't inflate customer's own latex balloons as the powder inside the cheaper balloons sold on Amazon, Shein etc haven't been processed properly.

We used to inflate them prior to me becoming the owner of the shop, and we had no end of problems including headaches and itchy skin after we'd been working with them which thankfully wasn't often because it was prior to Shein and Temu flooding the market with these cheap alternatives.

Plus the quality of these balloons are sub-standard so they popped a lot easier than ours do which caused no end of problems trying to explain why the customer hadn't got as many balloons as what they'd paid for as we still had to charge for the lost helium and our time.

We won't use them in our air-filled designs either due to the safety issues and we use an inflation machine not our mouths to inflate all our latex so be careful if you're purchasing these to make your own. We'd suggest you buy a hand pump also if you do use these.....there is no way we'd inflate by blowing them up with our mouths - yuck!! You can tell the cheap quality as they have a weird chemical sort of smell and not a natural rubber, plus some feel greasy 😷🤢.

We pay a lot of money for our latex, but it's worth it for safety reasons and also the longevity of the finished designs that leave our shop.

It's always nice to receive feedback from our customers, and this has made my day.

Balloon has been going strong since September last year, and this is because we only use high-quality latex and foils.....not cheap stock from Amazon, Shein, etc.....and there is a big difference in quality and durability 😊!

Our helium filled balloons last ages too because we've sourced a great helium supplier, not a mix of gas and air like some of the tanks on the market.

Plus, all our balloons are CE marked, whereas the cheaper copies are not.

Only the best for our customers 😊😊.
