Kitchen & WC refresh

To keep disruption to a minimum, we applied a latex smoothing compound directly over the existing ceramic tiles — creating a perfect base without the mess of removal.

We then installed Amtico Décor Chequer Mono tiles, bringing a bold, retro-inspired finish that completely transforms the space.

Bedroom - We installed Abingdon Caress in Sapphire to bring a bold pop of colour and a fresh, uplifting feel to the room.

Stairs & Landing - A standout installation of Kingsmede Artwork in Chamois, fully fitted on the landing and paired with a stair runner finished in sleek black binding. A true statement feature that ties the whole transformation together.

Utility, WC & Lobby - Coombe Stone in an extra‑large flagstone pattern, paired with Stria Basalt feature stripping for a modern, refined finish.

A full latex smoothing compound was applied throughout before installing Amtico Spacia LVT in Limestone Cool. Tiles were laid on a striking 45° angle, finished with 3mm Concrete Pale feature stripping between each tile for a crisp, refined look.

Recent Bespoke Amtico Feature Installation In Lincoln

This project showcases a beautifully crafted design centred around precision, symmetry, and premium materials.

At the heart of the installation is DC623 Classic Aquamarine, laid at a 45‑degree angle to create a bold, eye‑catching focal point.

The layout is enhanced with a Bevelled Diamond Border, paired with a single Bevelled Diamond corner positioned elegantly beside the staircase for a seamless visual transition.
The perimeter features 38.1mm x 228.6mm Stucco Quartz tiles, expertly integrated into the doorway to frame the design with subtle sophistication.

All materials were installed over 5.5mm flooring‑grade ply, secured and finished using Amtico‑approved adhesive to ensure durability and long‑lasting performance.
