Interesting visit to Rocks By Rail - The Living Ironstone Museum today from the guys at Heljan.com to do some sound recording on our Ruston 44/48 IMP.
First time fired up in 8 months, started nicely but a split gasket had to be changed after IMP decided to get rid of some of its oil......
Ran happily for the rest of the day, looking forward to being able to buy a model of IMP with DCC sound in it recorded from the real thing!
