Congratulations on your Hollyoaks debut Indi! ❤️

Hollyoaks is introducing a new character as mystery man Xander arrives in the village it has been exclusively revealed. Indigo Kamal Poole has been cast in the role with Xander intriguing some of the villagers when he arrives later this month. Show bosses have teased that Xander has a connection to one of the other villagers with his first scene seeing him on the receiving end of questioning from a bickering Cindy and Beth. Indigo is a hard of hearing actor and has praised bosses for their approach to dealing with this and his character Xander will also be hard of hearing as he wears hearing aids but it is not going to be a storyline in itself. Xander’s first appearance will air on Wednesday 26th August. Xander’s arrival could spark a miracle if he inadvertently gets Cindy and Beth on the same page. Beth and Cindy have been at odds for weeks amid the big secret about how Maddox came into the world and where they go from here but on this particular mission they could end up teaming up…
