I have now added a new page to my website with items for sale. You can no longer buy through the site, but just let me know what you are interested in and I will send you a paypal invoice.

An unusual pincushion doll with a Parian head. This may well have been a home made item, as i have never seen one like it before. It has a parian shoulder head, and a cloth had stuffed body. She wears a lace bonnet. I have not removed the bonnet as I do not want to damage the ribbon ties holding it....

As we are all missing doing fairs at the moment, I thought I would add some basic items to my website. I have created a clothing, and a dolls hospital section. I have added some items, and am going to build up on it. The items are the sort of things that people like to rummage through at the fairs.

COMPETITION TIME - It's a win win

Whilst we all have 3 weeks or more at home to keep ourselves busy, why not learn a new skill, or utilise one you already have?

Helping Paws is running a competition to help raise money for urgently needed food for small animal rescues, whilst also help our local communities.

We would like you all to paint or draw your pet! The competition costs £10 to enter, and the winner/winners will receive a £40 voucher to spend either at a local food shop, or local restaurant that is delivering. If you live outside the local Brighton area, we will trust you to use the prize to help your community in some way. We would love to hear how you do this.

And what a great way to keep the children amused!

The winning entry will be judged by our very own Sara Abbott Studio. If we get enough entries we will have more than one class/prize. So, along with you entry please stay if you are a beginner, an amateur, or a professional. If you are the winner, you may wish to donate your artwork to our next auction.

The competition is now open. Please let us know you are entering, and send your entry fee to [email protected] using family and friends option and mentioning 'ART' in comments. PLEASE SENT US A PHOTO OR SCAN OF YOUR ENTRY to [email protected] or [email protected]
