THIS SATURDAY 15th August, Jackie Bennett will be demonstrating some of her weaving techniques in our newly revamped workshop space!

Pop in and say hello between 2.30 - 4.30pm and get a sneak peek at some of the upcoming workshop projects.

As a special treat, any workshop bookings for Jackie’s classes at The-Stitchery Shop made in store on the day will receive 10% off. 6 spaces available per class.

Welcome to another Sample Saturday!!

We’ve been sitting on these for a while but the wonderful Tracy has knitted up some more gorgeous samples for us; a lovely baby cardigan in Naturals Bamboo + Cotton in Daffodil, and an adult’s button up tank top in the Colour Burst Catherine Wheel. Both now on display in the shop (and another big thank you to Tracy 😘).

Pattern, Yarn and Buttons all available online and in store.

And the fabulous Wendy from has made us some beautiful stitched felt poppies for our Poppy Project!! They are so pretty!

July in pictures. And this one is a special one as it’s been 6 months since we took over and made this little shop our own - which feels like an important milestone!

It’s been surprisingly busy too!

Happy World Embroidery Day!!

Here at we LOVE embroidery!!

We have lots of inspirational embroidery themed products in the shop - whether it’s all of the materials and tools for you to make your own, a Stitchscape kit from .beth, a 100% wool felt slow stitch kit from Wonky Wool or stitch along the lines hoop kits from Trimits; we’ve got you covered.
