I think this might be the biggest yarn delivery we’ve ever had!! So apologies for the temporary amount of boxes on the shop floor while we get all the goodies stickered and put on the shelves, but it does mean lots of lovely yarn back in stock too, including new colours of the Emotions range 🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶

Estelle is getting ready for at the weekend by resurrecting one of her earliest childhood crafts: tying friendship bracelets. Does anyone else remember making these out of embroidery floss?
No tools required, just thread and some sticky tape, or a safety pin if you prefer….

We have been looking long and hard for an alternative to the standard needle threaders that, although very handy, can be a little short-lived, and we think we’ve finally found it!
This little hummingbird threader from Milwards has a solid metal hook under its beak to pull the thread through rather than the flimsy wire, and also features a handy thread cutter on its back. It is also really really cute! 🩵
