Eldamato is open and the sun is shining (well, it is right now). We are tucked away just off Commercial Street, down the lane beside the Peerie Shop Cafe and only a stone's throw from the harbour.

Pop in for a nosey and browse our hand dyed yarns, fibres, locally made knitwear, and crafts. If the sun is shining, you can even enjoy a cuppa next door before or after your visit. ☕🧶❤️

Prices start at just £15 and go up to £22, with a beautiful range of colours and fibre blends to explore.

We currently have a few beautiful Hand Knitted Fair Isle Yoke Jumpers by local knitter June. She loves working with warm and cozy aran weight Shetland wool yarn, and the rich flecked shades give each piece even more character and depth. 💙

Available in sizes 34” to 38”, with a few even having matching dags (fingerless gloves) for a wonderfully coordinated look.

These beautiful Fair Isle headbands are hand knitted by local long time knitter Carolyn using wonderfully detailed traditional patterning and soft complementary colours.

Made double thickness for extra warmth, they are wonderfully cosy to wear on colder days. Carolyn uses a wool blend yarn which makes them especially soft against the skin whilst still keeping all the warmth you would expect.
