Due to the ongoing hot weather, extremely dry conditions and increased fire risk, we would like people to help by adhering to the following.
🚙 parked cars, please turn off ignition, do not leave engine running whilst parked.
🧯 There will be NO open fires or bbq’s on site. Anyone seen doing this WILL be asked to leave immediately.
🚬Smoking! We would prefer if customers could refrain from Smoking on site during this dry period, if you cannot go without, then please DO NOT put ci******es out on the grass nor leave them on the ground.
🐕IF you bring your dog make sure that you keep them hydrated and out of the sun for prolonged periods of time.
🥛 Make sure you have access to plenty of drinking water, we recommend that you bring water.
🏖bring sun protection including sunhat and suncream and umbrellas for extra shade.
We are sure everyone is aware of the temperature and conditions in the country at this time. We would like to believe that everyone would like to limit any potential harm to life, property, wildlife, countryside and the environment.
If we see anyone acting in a manner that looks likely to cause a fire🔥 the person will be reported to the police/fire service.
Just common sense really. We hope everyone has a good time at our sale. Your safety is important
