Brilliant session this morning at Brownes Boot Camp! 💪🥊☀️

Everyone worked really hard and absolutely smashed the session. We had a great mix of circuits, boxing and fitness work, and the effort from the whole group was spot on from start to finish. 🔥🏋️‍♂️
