In an effort to balance the pure raggedyness I submitted in day 1, this is my day 3 submission of - The Maker.
Hi 👋🏽 I’m Phyllis, I had an idea to create Nafasih in 2016, however I didn’t actually properly do it until 2019. Nafasih was a God-given vision and was intended to be a social enterprise. I still have plans to make it one, but for now I am mastering the creative and business side of things. Things have been pretty quiet here lately because….L(ack of discipline)IFE. But saying you’re a procrastinator isn’t cute anymore, you’re actually just kinda lazy or you don’t care about your project enough. Hey I’m talking to me don’t get offended!

has been the push I needed to just post and not overthink it so thank you She is also kinda like my best friend inna real life so yeah there’s that!

I’m hoping to share more of the process, what I hope for Nafasih to become and the steps I’m taking to get there. Word to Olivia dean - baby steps.

2nd slide is 24 year old me and the first ever cushion I made. 3rd slide is 9/10 year old me outside Buckingham Palace. No Prince for me though.

Took my time to think about this but

✨ 2025 Goals, let’s go ✨

✔️ I actually have to post consistently to hit 1,000 followers (I know, I’ve said it before... but this time I mean it. I PROMITH). ✔️ Sell out on my legacy cushions (these are practically vintage now 😂 help ME) ✔️ Rebrand and launch new collections (about TIME) ✔️ Work with an interior designer (hello collabs, manifesting Nafasih in beautiful spaces 😍)

Here’s to a new year, new cushions, and sticking to the plan this time. 😏
