Lovely finish on this one..

Engineered Oak Herringbone fully adhered to the subfloor for a solid feel underfoot and zero issues with movement.

Full preparation included, smoothing compound and Dpm resin as always.

Check out this job we completed in Leigh on sea, smoked engineered oak fully adhered to the subfloor for this kitchen/diner. Prep with plywood and smoothing compound.

Lovely days work for our customers in Maldon. We pulled up a terrible (Click Lvt) that had failed and was breaking apart (they all do eventually and this is why we would never sell (click) Lvt.

6mm flooring grade plywood was installed and feathered and then we laid Textures Gluedown Lvt in a Herringbone Design.


Professional advise would be to avoid any type of click together Lvt as it’s not fit for purpose and you will end up wasting a lot of money when is fails. We as a reputable company will only sell and install Gluedown Lvt and never a Click

We uplifted and disposed of an old 20mm wooden floor that wasn’t fitted very well. 1200pro base coat, Dpm resin and then a top coat of smoothing compound to bring all the heights back to where they was and sorting any damp issues along the way. Absolutely over the moon with the finish and so was our customers🙌🏼
