Recipe Spotlight: Wild Rhubarb & Cinnamon.

Stewed apple, tart rhubarb and a warm dusting of cinnamon on the opening, then clove, juicy peach and soft rose through the heart, setting into a base of brown sugar, vanilla and sandalwood. It smells like a crumble cooling on the kitchen counter, sweet without being sickly and spiced without being heavy.
This is a coloured recipe, so the wax is dyed a deep rhubarb red with a touch of black for richness, set in a black gloss jar.
