It is with a heart full of conflicting emotions that I share some big personal news. An unexpected and incredible career opportunity has come my way, and I have made the difficult decision to close my books and cancel all upcoming appointments.

To my amazing clients who are receiving cancellation notices – I am truly, deeply sorry. I know how much you value your appointments, and the last thing I ever wanted to do was let you down or cause any inconvenience. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and I feel absolutely heartbroken about this sudden change.

But I would be remiss if I didn’t pour my heart out in gratitude. Thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your beauty, for your laughter, your stories, and for supporting my small business with all your heart. You were more than clients; you were the best part of my day, and I will cherish every moment.

This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a massive thank you. My time as your beautician has been a chapter I will forever treasure.

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, and we will make every effort to accommodate any reasonable delay. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may no longer have sufficient time to complete your service within the remaining time slot.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We understand that this can be inconvenient, but we have a responsibility to honor the appointments of all our clients and ensure that we run on schedule. Please note that in the event of a cancellation due to lateness, we may need to charge a no-show fee to cover our lost.
