🌿 Friday Retreat Evening 🌿
Friday 20th March | 7–10pm
If your nervous system had a voice…
it would probably be asking for this.
Three hours that feel like a whole day away.
No rushing. No performing. No “holding it together.”
Just you… being gently held instead.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao — a warm cup in your hands, like a quiet exhale at the end of a long week.
Then gentle, guided breathwork.
Simple, accessible techniques to help you land in your body, slow your thoughts, and shift from “doing” into “being.”
Nothing forced. Nothing overwhelming.
Just breathing in a way that reminds your nervous system it’s safe to soften.
From there, you’ll be bathed in sound —
crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, layered vibrations that seem to tune you back to yourself (no spanners required).
And then… Yin.
Now, if you’ve ever thought Yin yoga means stretching until your hamstrings file a complaint — this isn’t that.
Our Yin is deeply supported.
Bolsters under you. Blankets around you. Cushions holding you.
You won’t be “pushing” into poses.
You’ll be resting into them.
Yin is slow, floor-based, and designed to calm the nervous system.
The shapes are gentle and accessible.
The aim is not flexibility — it’s release.
It’s the kind of practice where your body slowly realises it’s safe enough to soften.
Where your jaw unclenches without you noticing.
Where your breath deepens all by itself.
Doing less becomes the medicine.
