It was such a great experience being at the very first gatheing of the Women of Piano Technology Forum UK a few weeks ago! 🤩🎹💪

I loved meeting other female piano technicians - many with far more experience than me - and learning from their skills and stories🥰

Sure, some piano works can be a bit more challenging for us due to physical differences (especially when you’re as short as me 😆), but we can do exactly the same jobs as men - just in our own innovative (and often more fun!) ways!

Visited The Firs, Edward Elgar’s birthplace 🎶 Such a magical spot!
✨ An old piano once sold by his dad & uncle (with the cutest quirky keys😍).
✨ A kind volunteer showed me inside - broken parts & even Elgar’s signature!
✨ Plus, a piano Elgar himself played, donated by his daughter.

And yes… you can actually play both pianos to soak up some Elgar inspiration 🤍🎹

🎹✨ Tuning job today for the Harry Potter Concert at Warwick Castle 🏰
Challenging environment with so much noise around - stage setup, drilling, chatting crowds, strong winds, and even the Harry Potter film playing in the background! , but the piano is ready for the magic! ⚡️🎶

In between tunings, had a lovely wander around Warwick town — such a charming place💛
