The sandalwood and stone are the premium beads which carry a beautiful natural scent ideal for mindfulness practice. Also helpful for anyone who suffers with nervousness. Beautiful Rudraksha beads (red threaded) are seeds which form with a natural whole in middle. They are thought to absorb and hold the energy of those who wear or pray/meditate with them well because of this natural formation 💕
