The Furniture Warehouse Kendal based social enterprise assisting individuals with additional support needs to develop new skills and make a valuable contribution to their community.

The Right2Work Social Enterprise (aka The Furniture Warehouse) is part of The Oaklea Trust, a registered charity that was established in 1990, dedicated to supporting disabled and disadvantaged people to lead a more independent life. In partnership with SLDC, Right2Work are providing a new service to collect your unwanted bulky household items, such as furniture and appliances. We will recycle or

refurbish these items and sell them at our shop on Mintsfeet Industrial Estate at affordable prices to local people. The project will support disabled and disadvantaged people at the project to learn new skills, get work experience and a paid job. Please support us!
