Fudge should be an indulgent treat, it should get the taste buds wanting more .... This sweet is proper fudge, handmade by traditional methods at home by myself, using only the finest of ingredients. Each batch is carefully and lovingly made to my own recipes, mainly using quality, alcoholic tipples. I can, of course, tailor my fudge for t-totalers!
