DoodleCrafts I am a Mum of two who likes creating things with fabric, remembrance and memory animals, bunting, cushions and 'stuff' from vintage fabric

I make 'things' with fabric - animals, bunting, homeware, decorations, gifts etc, all made by hand by me with the occasional help from my dog when she sits on my machine foot pedal!!!!! Please note that none of the items I make are suitable as toys for children. They are for decorative purposes only.

Happy new year all you lovely people, lots of photos to share, some from well before Christmas that I just never got round to sharing due to lack of mojo. Feeling a bit more ‘normal’ although I haven’t got used to not having my furry buddy around.

These two remembrance bears are made from a scarf, pair of pj’s and two hankies with the owners name written on. They are smaller versions of my standard bear.

A wonderful evening last night. A Carol concert in aid of at St Paul’s Cathedral. Never been in the cathedral before, a beautiful building, wonderful singing from soloists and the choir and amazing contributors, Joanna Lumley, Gyles Brandreth, Prue Leith, Charles Dance to name but 4. Plus special royal guest.
