d goods are excluded from this legislation. Therefore we do not except returns or refunds on personalised clothing or accessories unless damaged. Thankyou


Order process for personalise goods:

Once your order is received I will request all the information I need and advise on cost and payment methods. Once your payment is received, I will add your order to my next supplier order, if required and begin your designs. If you change your mind please let me know asap. At this stage you are still entitled to a full refund. Once your design is complete and has been sent to you for confirmation, there is no option to cancel your order. This is due to the fact that I am at the cutting stage and your order will have been added to my cutting list. The reason I have this process is so that you have plenty of time to change your mind.
