Here we have a full moisture tested identified damp issue, so a complete DPM system was installed, followed by a 5mm smoothing screed to ensure a stable base. We then fitted Amtico LVT throughout corridors, kitchens and selected rooms, with cap & cove vinyl to remaining areas. The main warehouse was finished with a durable resin floor coating.
