This vibrant, bittersweet beauty is perfect for spring sipping with a zesty kick.

Ingredients:
🌿 40ml Botanist gin�
🍷 20ml Martini Rosso�
🍊 20ml Campari�
🍓 1 tsp rhubarb & ginger jam�
✨ Orange zest or candied ginger (to garnish)

Method:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a rocks glass over ice.�
2️⃣ Stir gently until chilled and well mixed.�
3️⃣ Garnish with orange zest and a piece of candied ginger on a cocktail stick.
