Some people arrive quietly and end up making some seriously cool waves 🤍

For four and a half years, Jo has been the heartbeat of this boutique in so many ways. Her impeccable eye for style, her abundant visual creativity (obsessive perfection), her hugely warm personality — but more than all of that, the incredible way she makes people feel. Seen. Comfortable. Confident. So many of you have walked in wanting inspiration and left feeling clearer (albeit, more layered) and all the more stylish because of her.

Fortunately this isn’t an ending. It’s a shift. As she steps into a new chapter, her presence at Cuckoo won’t disappear altogether — it will just show up differently, so do watch this space ✨

I will always be so incredibly grateful for everything Jo has poured into this business from the very beginning. Watching her bend the rules, empower those around her — from our team to our customers — and nurture this business so caringly as it grows has been nothing short of inspiring. Good night 2025.. a personal message ❤️

I've chosen the pic above as it reminds me of the UTTER fun had this year, how heavy that skirt actually was (genuinely could have done with 4 people to carry it) but truly, to me, how precious these women are to my world.

2025 has brought some real highs, and as is the reality of life, there have curve balls. In true "style", these women helped to carry some of that weight with me and I could not be more grateful for our Cuckoo family, truly, truly blessed with the very best teamies and friends.

Thank you to our amazing customers for supporting our business to be more than just a place to shop, you give us a place to grow and the stability to keep rolling with whatever life throws our way! Thank you for lifting us with your passion for the indies.
