NEW FLAVOURS.

Seeing as though we're in a celebratory mood for the 's 15th birthday, I thought it was only fitting to bring 2 stellar brand new flavours along with me for the occasion.

And boy, are they 2 for the ages...

Banana Bread - A homemade banana caramel is swirled through our award winning vanilla marshmallow. It is then laced with caramel pecans and walnuts, dark chocoate and caramelised banana bread croutons before being finished with dehydrated banana bread.

Mascarpone Caramel Cannoli - The lightest cloud of marshmallow is swirled with a homemade mascarpone caramel, caramel cannoli shell clusters and finished with crushed cannoli shells.

Two showstoppers for you there folks!

NEW FLAVOURS -

It's been a little while since I've released some new flavours so i'm back with 3 of my most out of the box creations to date and as always i'd love to know what y'all think.

Eggs on Toast - A Mallowdramatic riff on the Brown Bread Ice Cream. Salted duck egg yolk adds a deliciously moreish custardy flavour which perfectly complements the toasted soda bread crumbles that are swirled through. Truly a marvel for your mouth.

Pickle Lemonade - Our award winning lemon marshmallow is swirled with a homemade pickle brine syrup and the result is an impossibly light and tender marshmallow with a flavour pairing you didn't know you needed.

Joeys Fried Chicken & Waffles - A long overdue collaboration with my good friend and any excuse to use his phenomenal Maple & Sriracha Sauce.

A chicken flavoured marshmallow is seasoned with a secret blend of herbs and spices before being swirled with lashings of Maple & Sriracha. It's finished with coating of dehydrated sugar waffles seasoned with bacon crumbles.

After a topsy turvy couple of weeks i'm looking forward to being back in the swing of things and i'll be attending two markets for the very first time.

First up tomorrow, i'll be at on Albion Place, Leeds city centre from 10am - 6pm.

On Sunday, i'll be at in Bramley Park from 10:30 am - 2pm. I live in LS13 so i'm particularly excited to be trading on my home patch for the first time

I'll be there with the very best marshmallow in the UK, trying to give away as many tasters as humanly possible to prove why my marshmallow is the perfect gift for all those wonderful mothers out there 👩‍🍼❤️😁

Unfortunately due to a family emergency I will not be attending tomorrow.

I am very sorry if you were planning on swinging by, this isn't a decision I've taken lightly but my families well-being will always come first.

If you were planning on buying marshmallows please feel free to get in touch as i have plenty of stock available and would be more than happy to come to an arrangement.

I'm looking forward to a weekend revisiting some of my favourite old haunts.

First up is a day in with tomorrow. I'll be there all day from bright and early until 5pm.

On Sunday, i'll be back visiting from 10am - 3pm. The will be the first time since my good friends Dav, Pete and Niamh have taken over, so i'm excited to be joining them.

This will be the perfect opportunity to pick up some perfect pressies for all those very special Mother's in your lives. Our .giftoftheyear.awards finalist range is a sure fire way to show her how much you love her (and with a bit of luck she might even share them with you 😁)
