Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet sales and service goals.
* Ensure company policies, procedures, and visual standards are upheld.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
* Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and shift coverage.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising
