Last time out we were at Castle Combe Circuit for the HSCC 60th anniversary meeting. It was a busy mixed weekend with a pole position, 2 second places, a third place and 1 broken car! Biggest shout out goes to Daniel on his 1st podium finish - an amazing drive having never seen the ciruit before!!

Following on from Donington last week we are straight into Snetterton this weekend. Qualifying was a testing 1 and its all hands on deck to get both cars sorted for race 1!

Another weekend of 2 halves! While some of the team were experiencing Zandvoort which started great but unfortunately didn't end as hoped.
The rest of us were down at Brands GP - another busy one with 6 cars out.
Big congratulations to Ollie with 4 x second places - that win was soo soo close but an unfortunate red flag cut the battle short!!

FORMULA FORD CAMSHAFTS

Over recent weeks we have had concerns raised regarding the use of non - regulatory cams within Formula Ford 1600.

It has come to our attention that Kent Cams currently have part number XFGT listed as compliant with Formula Ford Regulations - this is not the case and is being discussed with them.

The ONLY new regulation compliant cams are those bought through FFI Components. These are supplied by Piper Cams and all display FFI followed by a unique serial number - a record of who is supplied with each serial number is maintained for all Camshafts sold and has been continued on from Skyford/Hartwell logs. (this method also applies to Crankshafts)
Please ensure that the Camshaft in your engine is Formula Ford regulation compliant and check with your engine builder the correct camshaft is being used. Keep a note of the serial number for easy reference if ever there is a query!
