This 4x4 project went through a detailed process of 3D printing, careful unmoulding, polishing, intricate detailing and finishing touches before being brought to life with professional painting.

What starts as a printed form becomes a highly detailed scale model through patience, precision and craftsmanship.

This 4x4 mould has just completed its 3D printing process and is now ready to be unmoulded. Every hour of printing contributes to the accuracy, strength and detail needed for a high-quality final result.

We are proud to have completed this bespoke scale model of ORCA, capturing the character, design and details of the original vessel with precision and craftsmanship.

From the overall form to the smallest features, every element was carefully considered to create a faithful representation that reflects the vessel’s unique identity.
