Anyone need a lovely German upright in their lives?

German Ibach piano going to a good home. Overstrung Underdamper. Sem-tone below concert pitch and lots of slack in the mechanism, but I can sort this out for £100. It has cracks in the sound board but I can't hear any problem with the tonal quality.
