Based at our sister co. Wellington Home and Garde

ns. Formed in 2003, we've grown year on year to become pre-eminent in our field. With clients as diverse as English Heritage; The National Trust; Disney; Fox Films; Ralph Lauren; Jack Wills; Hollister's; The White Stuff; Jamie Oliver Restaurants to name a few, we now ship all over the world. We may supply global brands but never forget our humble roots. We're just as likely to be supplying a period wash basin to a homeowner somewhere in the UK as we are the latest James Bond movie-set. We're a dedicated team of people who love what we do and believe our success lies in the sheer diversity and range or products offered in one place where you can buy everything from a vintage light switch to an entire gothic stone window. Located in the beautiful county of Herefordshire we offer our entire catalogue online, offering a user-friendly experience across all devices. After nurturing English Salvage for 14 years, we (Pru and Rupert) purchased an 8 acre site in the nearby village of Wellington. With our son Barney, we have set about transforming it into an inspiring new destination for interiors and gardens. Packed with plants, homeware and gifts, it's also dotted with a special selection of salvage items and has a fantastic café too. Over time, our entire stock will be moved to Wellington Home and Gardens but in the meantime, if there's something in particular you would like to view then let us know and we can have the items ready for your arrival. We hope to see you soon!

Time for a stock take…!

Check out this collection, which must have taken someone YEARS to acquire.

We sell a lot of these reclaimed finds to the film and TV industry, where lots of little period items are needed to set the scene.

Do you find these grotesques scary or amusing?

These are from the 19th Century, possibly earlier, and are French, made from limestone.

They've fared well over the years, but of course have the odd knock and chip as you'd expect.

Imagine being greeted by these things every day at school!

Most likely early Victorian, it's very rare to find a set of four on such a scale as these.

Unfortunately, we've not been able to discover which school they were on, so if you can shed any light on it, please get in touch!

Unknown histories are not uncommon in the salvage and reclamation world of course!

How would you use this beautiful structure?

It's a greenhouse, but it could be used as a garden lounge, outdoor dining area or maybe even an outdoor kitchen.

In the right location, this is going to look amazing!

We can arrange galvanising and painting for you too so it's ready to go.
