Andrew has lovingly crafted bespoke handmade chocolates, he has designed Nine different flavoured chocolates, which will be presented in boxes of Eighteen,Nine and Four. ountry House in Powys, he then made the move to Devon to work under the renowned Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park as their pastry chef and then alongside Michael Wignall, Chris Simpson and Chris Eden. Numerous accolades were awarded to Gidleigh Park including 2 Michelin Stars, 5 AA Rosettes. Andrew remained at Gidleigh Park as their Head Pastry Chef for over 23 years, defining his skills to create stunning desserts, luxurious Afternoon Teas and of course designing chocolates.
