Tonight’s Menu:

Canapés and a glass of Prosecco:
Smoked salmon crostini (GF)
Brie, cranberry and bacon filo cup - without bacon for veggie
Brie & cranberry on crostini (GF)

Table Welcome - Bread & Butter:
“Sourdough “”finger bread””, Marmite butter and roasted garlic & parsley butter (w. GF bread option)”

Amuse Bouche:
Peruvian scallop ceviche. (Veg. & GF Sweet potato & avocado salsa)

Starter:
‘Cherries’ (Chicken liver parfait), onion marmalade, pancetta crumb
Beetroot & feta pate, onion marmalade, roasted pumpkin seeds (veg)

Palate Cleanser:
Honey and clementine sorbet

Main:
Pork wellington, pulled pork bonbon, greens, onion emulsion, crackling disc, port jus

Veg. Main: Vegetarian wellington, onion emulsion,
crushed new potatoes, greens

Dessert:
Baked Apple cheesecake, apple granita, apple crisp, honeycomb crumb, salted caramel shot

Optional Sauternes 2018 dessert wine £5

GF option: Vanilla panna cotta, apple puree, apple granita, apple crisp, honeycomb crumb, salted caramel shot

“Cheese, Biscuits & Port: Seasoned crackers with KDG Rhubarb chutney, with three cheeses; Gluten-free cracker option.

Langres, strong cow’s milk soft cheese, from Champagne region and Blacksticks Blue. (handmade in Lanchashire) and extra mature chddar.

Small glass of ruby port. “

Chocolate, orange and almond biscotti

After Dinner Drinks: Coffee & tea, coffee cafetière. Various tea choices. Optional Irish coffee £5
