Hello to all my customers, and thank you for your support.
I'm now getting back to work properly after breaking my leg in January. So still hobbling a bit but it’s improving slowly.
A quick note on my charges. Unfortunately I have had to increase my callout and repair charge by £10, to £60. This is the first increase in about 10 years.
Likewise the call and no repair has risen to £30.
The half price charge is dependent on the time I spend on the machine, as the full extent of the fault is not always immediately apparent. When it is, and I don't have to strip and rebuild the appliance, it's £30. When it isn't, and I have to spend more time, it’s £60.

It's time to get something more practical and economical to work from. In our house we name our machinery. Bev named her Fidget. Not sure what She's driving at.
