4. Green Lantern No. 43, the first appearance of Major Disaster - a supervillain with the power to cause natural disasters

5. Batman No.156, "Robin Dies At Dawn!", a classic story

6. Batman No. 189, "Fright Of The Scarecrow", the first silver age appearance of the Scarecrow

7. Detective Comics No. 369, "Batgirl Breaks Up The Dynamic Duo!", the first team up issue of Batgirl and Robin

8. Showcase No.60, "The Spectre!", the first silver age appearance of the Spectre

My first comic has been sent off for grading today, Moon Knight No. 1! This was his first solo comic from 1980, with his first appearance in 1975 in Werewolf By Night No. 32

I can finally post about this! My latest big purchase...hundreds of comics! A real mix of Silver and Bronze age DC and Marvel comics, with a few graphic novels thrown in as well. Most of these will be going up on my eBay page, and a few will be sent away for grading which I will go into more detail about when I send them off.
