Last weekend of peonies 🌸

The honesty box is topped up and will be open all weekend with peony bouquets, glass house bud vases, Cup O’ Kindness bouquets and plant pals.

If you don’t know what you’re doing this weekend, this is where to start.

Come for the peonies, leave with something pretty for your kitchen table, your best pal, your mum, or yourself. Self gifting absolutely counts.

Ok, so it’s being drawn slightly later than 7pm because I’ve just got the little man in bed!

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments. It turns out I’m absolutely not the only one totally peony obsessed.

First, I need to announce my favourite peonies from this year:

🥇 Command Performance. They were truly stunning this year and I will definitely be ordering more for next season.

And because this was Pink Peony Club, my runners up have to be:

🥈 Red Sarah Bernhardt. I adore a bold colour.

🥉 Hawaiian Charm. The way she changes so dramatically, and that sunny centre too. 😮‍💨

The final week of Pink Peony Club is here 🌸

This is the last guaranteed week of peonies from me this year, so if you’ve been waiting for your peony moment, this is it.

I’m sending them off properly with Red Charm, Jacorma and Sarah Bernhardt peonies, which means bouquet orders are open, collection is available, and the honesty box will be brimmed with peony goodness this weekend.

Peonies really are here for a good time, not a long time, and that’s part of the magic.

They’re seasonal, dramatic, romantic and ridiculous in the best possible way. They arrive as tight little buds, open into the most gorgeous ruffled blooms, and then just like that, the season is over.

After this week, I’ll be taking a few weeks off from new orders.

Any current orders will still be honoured, but I won’t be taking on anything new while I’m off.

So don’t wait for your birthday.

Buy yourself the flowers. Send them to someone you love, just because. Make a tiny seasonal ritual out of it.

The last Sunday of peony season 💕

Wrapping up the last of this week with this ridiculous mixed peony bouquet from today’s market.

Next week is the last guaranteed week of peonies, which feels very dramatic, but also accurate. They’re here for such a short window and then suddenly we’re all just expected to move on with our lives.

I have 2 ready to go 6 stem peony bouquet bags left from today, £38 each, available for collection or delivery.

I’ll also be popping some peony bunches into the honesty box tomorrow for anyone who needs a Monday pick-me-up.

So this is your official nudge. Get the peonies while they’re still here.

Last week was Coral Sunset. This week is Dr A. Fleming. Peony season has RANGE.

This week’s peonies are Dr A. Fleming, which feels very appropriate because honestly, they are just what the doctor ordered.

One of my favourite things about peony season is how different every variety feels. Last week, Coral Sunset opened in those punchy coral tones and softened as the days went on. This week, Dr A. Fleming has arrived bright, bold, pink, and absolutely not here to blend into the background.

Paired here with Limonium and Astrantia, she’s giving proper early summer garden energy.

That’s why peony season feels so exciting. It is short, it is dramatic, and no two weeks are quite the same.

So…do you need a prescription? 😂😉
