We are always looking for new and exciting items to add to the shop at the very best price we can.
We run live videos showcasing our new products keep an eye out for them and come on and say hello we would live to meet you.
If you can't find what it is your looking for or would like to see something new that we don't have just send us a message we will do our very best to find it for you at the very best price.
If you are a maker or stockist of a product you think we should be showcasing then drop us a message we would love to see what you have.
The rubbish bit The rules!
1. Don’t message unless you can pay for your items.
2. Items will NOT be posted until you have paid for them.
3 Collection is available for pre arranged socially distanced times.
4. Deliveries if you live close we will start charging a delivery fee of £1.
5. All items are to be Paid in FULL within 24hrs of receiving your invoice sent to you via Facebook messenger.
6. If items are not paid for within 24hrs of receiving you invoice they will automatically be put back in stock and sold to the next person who requests them.
7. We will not grant an extension for payment under any circumstances.
8. By placing an order you accept these terms and will abide by the rules set out in this post.

Postage.
1. All items are sent 2nd Class recorded delivery with the Royal Mail (small Items) & Parcel Force for larger items these are the only carrier's we use and the only ones we trust after years of using many many different carriers.
2. All items will be posted to you within 24hrs of receiving payment ( Normally same day)
3. If you would like another courier or First Class delivery please request this upon paying for your item.
4. If you request any other courier than Royal Mail or Parcel force you wave all rights to any refund as we cannot guarantee your items will get to you safely or at all. (this is from many many parcels of experience).

Refunds/ lost, missing or damaged items.
We will make very effort for all your items to arrive safely and correctly however things can go wrong we will do everything in our power to make this right for you following the below guidelines.
1. All mistakes missing items are to be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving items so we can start to put it right for you.
2. Refunds will be given if items are damaged in transit or lost to the value of the individual item NOT the whole order unless the whole order is missing.
3. Any missing items will be fully investigated by ourselves and if found to be a genuine claim all moneys including the postage cost will be refunded this process can take unto 14 days from the first point of contact.
