Due to extreme temperatures expected this week, there is a possibility that the shop will only be able to remain open until around 1pm each day , this is due to the inside temperatures of the shop being too unbearable for customers and too impossible for balloons, so if you are needing balloons each day then please come in the mornings or call the shop❤️

So I know many of you are aware but many are not, but after so much deliberation I have decided whilst the business is at its peak, and I am not 🤣 that I am ready to take some much needed rest after 14 years!!!!

I have loved every minute building Heartfelt and I am very proud of where it is today, but after years of grafting my body has finally said enough plus I need to spend some time with my family as I am missing out on so much, so I would love to now give someone else the opportunity who will love heartfelt as much as I have, to take this on to its next decade of success ❤️

How fabulous to have a great shout out from KandiJam, was a pleasure to do the K Pop backdrop hoop and garland for the event at The Holiday Inn in Southend , hope everyone had a fabulous time ❤️
