JUST ARRIVED - 2000 Gibson Historic Custom Shop '61 Les Paul Reissue

1961 brought some big changes to the Gibson Les Paul; most notably a sleek, all-new, double-cutaway, all-mahogany body design, that would later be renamed the SG. This Gibson Custom Shop model recreates that original model, complete with a Vibrola, highly figured Madagascar rosewood fretboard and Aniline cherry red dye finish which, just like the vintage instruments, colour fades over time with UV exposure. The guitar is in fantastic condition and comes complete with its original tan Gibson hard case.

JUST ARRIVED - 2006 Epiphone Sheraton II **SOLD**

These really are great guitars - great value for money. The Epiphone Sheraton, along with the Gibson ES-335, was one of the first semi-hollow electric guitar models ever produced. The Epiphone Sheraton II continued the legacy of the original's warm, singing, feedback-resistant tone and became more popular than the original line. This 2006 model with its Vintage Sunburst finish is in excellent condition and comes complete with its original Epiphone hard case.

VINTAGE AND RARE - 1944 Gibson Banner J-45 Hogtop

We do get to play some amazing instruments here in the shop but this one has really stood out – from that first chord you can tell this is a special guitar.
The distinctive “Only a Gibson Is Good Enough” banner headstock logo makes these guitars instantly recognizable and highly coveted among collectors and players alike. Within this already coveted group of instruments, the rare “Hogtop” (Mahogany Top) models occupy a very special position. This 1944 J-45 is all original and in pretty good shape. The top does have plenty of lacquer cracking/crazing, however the back and sides are relatively clean with the back devoid of the usual buckle rash. The frets and Brazilian Rosewood fretboard are in great condition - the guitar comes complete with 70s hard case.

JUST ARRIVED - 1996 Gibson Les Paul Standard

1996 Gibson Les Paul Standard in fantastic, 100% original condition. From a desirable period for Gibson the guitar features a pair of 490R/498T humbuckers and a classic Cherry Sunburst nitro lacquer finish. Despite being 30 years old the guitar looks in near mint condition with only some light play wear and some small marks to the neck so show for its years. The guitar comes complete with its original Gibson tan hard case.
