A little update, shop still not open as we are dealing with party events at the arcade space.
This is for anyone with PSA Submissions, we have had months and even close to a year wait on returns and appreciate everyone waiting.
It's however very frustrating when we don't know oursleves how long these will take to be done and returned.
We had issues with PSA closing for Submissions, issues also with how we dealt with Submissions.
We have taken it now to just put in a request to have all our submissions returned in weather state they are in. This may end up in 1 return or depending how many someone has submitted multiple returns not even been graded.
We accept this isn't an ideal situation especially to anyone that has been waiting such lengths of time for submissions but it has become unmanageable and has caused more stress to us at the shop and some members of the public awaiting answers we cannot give.
We expect returns to take 10/14 days return and when we have them back we will sort them into each individual person for collection.
We apologise for any inconvenience and time waisted and acknowledge this wont be a great solution but it is the only one we see fit to do now.
