Fancy a couple of hours of relaxed, creative stitching? Join us for our Seasonal Mini Hoop Ornaments Workshop with Solent Art Club and create your own gorgeous little embroidered decorations.

Perfect for hanging on the tree, adding to gifts or simply keeping for yourself. No previous embroidery experience needed and everything you need is included.

A very special project for Flamin’ Good Crafts’ first birthday 🦩💗

Along with my lovely craft session ladies and some wonderful extra helping hands we all came together to create this community patchwork flamingo quilt.

Everyone added their own little piece, making it a real celebration of creativity, friendship and the brilliant community that has grown around Flamin’ Good Crafts over the past year.

A huge thank you to everyone who stitched, quilted, created and helped bring our flamingo to life. We absolutely love how it turned out!

NEW WORKSHOP – Learn Sashiko Stitching with Ruth

Come and discover the beautiful, mindful art of sashiko stitching over two relaxed Friday morning sessions.

You’ll learn how to measure and mark out your own design, work the traditional stitching technique and finish your piece into a lovely table mat.

📅 Friday 11th & Friday 18th September
⏰ 10am–12 noon
💷 £40 for both classes

Complete beginners are very welcome and Ruth will be there to offer plenty of help and guidance along the way. Fabric, threads, needles, scissors and refreshments are all provided.

A lovely opportunity to slow down, switch off for a couple of hours and enjoy learning something new.

Our next Craft Staycation is all about patchwork, fabric, stitching and a whole weekend of creativity.

Join us for a relaxed weekend at Flamin’ Good Crafts, making a beautiful patchwork project with plenty of guidance along the way.

Hand sewing is such a lovely mindful craft — a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy the process, one stitch at a time.

As always, it’s not just about the making. There’ll be time to chat, learn, unwind and enjoy some lovely treats too, including afternoon tea and Sunday lunch at Dolly’s.

Our staycations are always really popular, so if you fancy a creative weekend with us, now is the time to book.
