Yesterday was 🥞 crazy. Had to step into the kitchen and put on the rather attractive blue hairnet to make up a load of pancake mixes because we had run out!! 🤦‍♀️ Then back to order packing 🤣. Luckily the lovely Claire came in to help out. Only a few days until pancake day but we are still taking orders and we will be upgrading all pancake orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Tracked 24 delivery! 🚚

We love a good pancake sauce and this Biscoff sauce recipe is so easy and will elevate any pancakes. Perfect for Pancake Day. 🥞. It is also delicious drizzled over ice cream 🍨

Ingredients:

30g Biscoff Spread
10g brown sugar (I like dark brown sugar)
20ml milk (or water/plant based milk for a vegan version).

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a microwavable bowl or small pan.
Heat gently, stirring the mix or microwave for approx 20-30 seconds and stir at the end. Add more milk/water to give the desired consistency and reheat if necessary.
While warm, spoon over a stack of freshly made pancakes. Yum Yum 😋.
