Sometimes the most special parts of the clothes you send just aren’t in the right place to work well in the pattern pieces I need to cut… no problem! By making them into a patch, I can place them anywhere I like instead 🥰

It’s a little extra work but gives a much better result than just working with what I have - fabric placement is everything when it comes to making a quality keepsake bear 🥰

Christmas might seem like aaaaaages away whilst we’re still in the heat of August but I have only two more sweatshirt releases for Christmas turnaround. Next one is 1st September, 8pm UK time. Please set a reminder and have your colour and size choices ready because the slots don’t hang around for long!

It really does feel crazy promoting sweatshirts when it’s hot and humid outside but my next release will see turnaround time into October and you’re all going to wish you were prepared 😂

See you in 1st September, 8pm UK time. Please don’t your reminder. Slots sell fast (especially in the run up to Christmas) so be prepared with colour and size choices - DM if you need help :)

Christmas slots…

I will continue to release sweatshirts and hoodies on the 1st of each month at 8pm, UK time. I ask that you try to send clothing for these within 2 weeks of your order date to help me stay on top of turnaround times but for guaranteed Christmas delivery, I am setting a STRICT deadline of 30th October. Any clothing received after this date will NOT be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

This means there are only two more release dates for you to order in time for the big day. Heads up, sweatshirt slots sell out quickly, but especially so in the run up to Christmas. Please be online promptly at 8pm and have your size and colour options prepared on release night.

Reminder: you can choose the word (I just don’t recommend more than 7 letters) so if you want gifts for nana, auntie, dad… etc. just leave me a note at checkout.

Christmas slots…

My next bear release is 15th August, 8pm BST. I am going to release all my bear slots for turnaround before Christmas at this opening. You MUST be prepared for the opening - these sell VERY fast. Please read the ‘how to order’ FAQ info on my website to set up an account and have the best chance of securing a slot.

If you secure a slot in this release, your clothing will be required by 1st October AT THE LATEST. I will complete bears in the order the clothing is received, but all will be guaranteed for delivery in good time for Christmas. I CANNOT guarantee Christmas delivery if your clothing is received late.

After this release, I will close orders until November 15th, when slots for January turnaround will be released.

I’ll make a separate post for sweatshirt information and pin these both to the top of my page. Any questions, pop them in the comments and I’ll get back to you x
