💥 45LB+, THIRTIES & 87LB CAT IN BERNERS HAUL!

Scott Bez's annual social at Berners Hall turned into one he'll be talking about for a long time, with the Suffolk angler enjoying a session most carp anglers only dream about!
From the very first morning, it was clear the fish were on the feed. A chunky 34lb common kick-started proceedings and set the tone for what would become a remarkable session.
Fishing to a large weedbed at 16.5 wraps, Scott kept things simple but devastatingly effective, presenting double 18mm Secret 7 boilies straight from the bag over a mix of chopped and crumbed Secret 7 boilies, S7 Bait Soak and S7 Amino Smoke.
The bites kept coming, with most of the action arriving during the mornings. As the session unfolded, Scott added an impressive list of captures to his tally, including mirrors of 34lb and 38lb, a 35lb common, a couple of mid-twenties, and even an 87lb catfish that clearly couldn't resist the Secret 7 menu either!
But the highlight of the trip was still to come. After consistent action, Scott slipped the net under the highly coveted Bubbles, which pulled the scales around to 45lb 1oz. Checked on two separate sets of scales, the fish topped off a session that couldn't have gone much better if it had been scripted.
A social session, an 87lb cat, multiple thirties and a 45lb-plus Berners Hall icon... not a bad result!
