You’ll find plenty of cool spots in the garden, under the canopy of our magnificent collection of 1500 trees, and lots of shady tables in our teahouse garden. Serving a refreshing selection of iced coffees, cold drinks, and light lunches, it makes a lovely spot to end a garden visit and enjoy the warm summer days. Teahouse open to non-garden visitors too. Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-5pm.

☀️ Enjoy a summer day out at Ramster Garden. Escape the crowds this summer with a peaceful walk through our 25 acres of woodland gardens. Wander shady paths, spot our vivid blue hydrangeas and summer-flowering rhododendrons, or simply rest on one of the many benches and take it all in.

Bring the dog along too 🐾 (on lead throughout) and finish your visit with a well-earned treat at our tea room, doggy ice cream included.

It’s hydrangea time! The garden and teahouse are open Wed - Sunday 10am - 5pm. Come for a walk and stay for a coffee and cake or come for a cream tea and consider a wander round the garden! Teahouse also serving a wide selection of cold drinks, sandwiches, homemade quiche and Lisa’s delicious sausage rolls!

With another warm spell on the way, our canopy of trees is ready to provide a wonderful cool haven on the hot summer’s days. At the moment, our Cornus are looking spectacular, the wildflower meadows are alive with butterflies, and the common spotted orchids are the tallest we have seen for many years. Meanwhile, our summer-flowering rhododendrons are adding vibrant splashes of colour throughout the garden, and the hydrangeas are just beginning to emerge.

The garden and teahouse are open Wednesday to Sunday with the teahouse selling delicious home-made soup and quiches, the best sausage rolls (scroll to the end to whet your appetite), and a lovely selection of cakes and drinks.

Our teahouse and garden are now open five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, during our summer season, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don’t forget the teahouse can be visited without paying garden entry, and makes a lovely spot for the drier days for an alfresco lunch.

The garden is now in our summer phase, with the wild flowers looking wonderful. Our collection of flowering dogwood are in flower, including a favourite Cornus ‘Norman Haddon’. With climbing roses, fox gloves and the summer looking lovely, it’s a lovely walk between the rain showers at the moment!

We are open bank holiday Monday 10 am – 5 pm, it’s lovely and cool under the canopy of trees and the Teahouse is serving ice creams and coolers alongside all our usual favourites! It’s also the last week to see the sculpture exhibition this will close on 31st May.

The garden will be open every day over the bank holiday weekend 10 am – 5 pm with the Tea House open serving delicious sandwiches, cakes homemade soup & quiches. We have the added bonus of the Surrey sculpture exhibition in the garden at the moment until 31st May.
