Secret Valley's John Hardwick former chairman of the British Christmas Tree Growers Association has grown the most superb, fresh Christmas trees covering over 50 acres for just over 20 years. The Farm, run by the Hardwick family are passionate about the trees they grow, and incredibly proud to be part of other peoples Christmas preparations.

Final day today 🌲

It’s been a busy few weeks and we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us - we’ve loved welcoming you all.

We do still have a few beautiful trees left, so if you’re after a last-minute Christmas tree, there’s still time.

We’re open until 4pm today.

Here’s Dad, John Hardwick - smiling, exhausted, and absolutely in his element. He started growing Christmas trees here in the early 1990s, long before Secret Valley became what it is today.

Decades of trial and error, crop failures, pests, and more setbacks than most people ever see… yet he still shows up with the same pride and passion every single year.

This place exists because of his graft, his stubbornness, and his love for these trees.

Thank you to everyone who’s come out to support us - it genuinely means the world to him and to our family.

P.S. There are still plenty of beautiful trees waiting in the barn!
