Shop at Eastgate Indoor Market and discover a little piece of Gloucester history while you’re here. 🐭🧵

At Eastgate Shopping Centre, you’ll find the original Tailor of Gloucester figures, inspired by Beatrix Potter’s much-loved story. Once part of Eastgate’s famous clock, they are now displayed with a specially commissioned backdrop by Gloucester artist Russell Haines.

While you’re here, make sure you pop into Eastgate Indoor Market and support our independent traders. From fresh fruits and vegetables, butchers, and fashion to gifts, treats and everyday essentials, there’s plenty to discover. 🛍️

If you’d like to see more of Russell’s work, his Lines of Resistance exhibition is currently at The Shirt Factory on Derby Road until 28 August.
